Tamriel Unlimited has arrived! Now players and those who hunt Elder Scrolls Online items can play with no subscription. Many know however that along with the removal of the subscriptions comes ESO Plus and the Crown Store. Today we’ll go over what players can get from this new feature.

Collect Elder Scrolls Online Armor with no subscription

Starting March 17, Elder Scrolls Online no longer needs a subscription to play. Players only need to pay a one-time fee for the game to start playing. The game however introduced ESO Plus. This new opt-in service gives players access to improved experience gains, Crowns and more. Players who had remaining subscription for the game will have their subscriptions converted to its equivalent membership in ESO Plus.

In addition to ESO Plus is the Crown Store. This is where players can spend their crowns to purchase cosmetic Elder Scrolls Online weapons and Elder Scrolls Online armor. The new shop also offers mounts, and pets. Future downloadable content can also be bought through the Crown Store. Of course, various convenience items are also available through it.

Show off Elder Scrolls Online Weapons and mounts

At launch, the new Crown Shop has several mounts and pets available for players to purchase. The first of which is the Banded Guar Charger. Unlike the common Pack Guar, this breed of Guar has been raised specifically for speed, strength and endurance. This particular breed is useful for battle and not much else.

If Guars are not your thing, then perhaps a flaming steed is up your alley. Fresh from the pits of Oblivion comes the Nightmare Courser. This flame-wreathed steed is bred for war and is a sight to behold. Only the strongest could control this mighty beast.

Better looking Elder Scrolls Online Armor

Don’t like the look of your armor, then check out the costumes available from the Crown Shop. With the Draugr Polymorph you can scare your allies by appearing as an undead Mage. Using this costume will also alter the look of your armor to match that of ancient Nord gear.

Are you a Nightblade and want to look the part? Then check out the Stealthy Rogues Pack. This will make your character don on outfits similar to those worn by Crafty Lerisa and Naryu Virian. Note however, that like all costumes, this will not modify or otherwise affect your character’s stats.
