It’s been a while but we’re back with a new Nightblade build for collectors of rare Elder Scrolls Online items. Today’s featured build is the Shadow Striker build featured on the official site. With this build you can slice through Elder Scrolls Online armor with your Elder Scrolls Online weapons with ease. Let’s get started.

No need for Elder Scrolls Online armor

Elder Scrolls Online players will not need to worry about wearing tough Elder Scrolls Online armor with this build. This is largely because the build relies on stealth and subterfuge to get out of tight situations. This is done through the use of the Shadow Cloak (Shadowy Disguise) skill. With this ability your character can easily disappear from battle and reemerge later, out of harm’s way. The morph is chosen as this the stealth tactic can also be used to deal more damage to enemies.

Getting a critical hit is not enough for the Shadow Striker. This is why Veiled Strike (Surprise Attack) is taken. From the stealth given by the previous skill, you can attack with Veiled Strike to stun a target and send them off balance. This skill’s morph also allows it to reduce the target’s armor making it an easy target for your sword and dagger.

A flurry of Elder Scrolls Online weapons

Out of the shadows and into battle, your character will wield two Elder Scrolls Online weapons at the same time. With the two weapons you will unleash Flurry (Rapid Strikes) on your character’s target. The morph is effective in keeping up damage on tough targets or quickly taking small fry down. Once the target has been softened up, your Shadow Striker can finish them with Assassin’s Blade (Killer’s Blade). The increased damage against low health targets makes this a good finisher. The morph on the other hand will help your Nightblade survive longer as it gets healed if the target is killed within two seconds.

Going through Elder Scrolls Online armor

Assassins are valued for their stealth, high mobility and incredible damage. The last two are obtained through the last two skills for your primary skill bar: Teleport Strike (Ambush) and Death Stroke (Soul Harvest). The former allows your Nightblade to quickly jump into melee range and stun your target, while improving damage for the next attack. This next attack is of course your Ultimate. Death Stroke deals a considerable amount of damage and prevents the target from getting proper healing. The morph allows your Shadow Striker to gather Ultimate after each kill.
