The Elder Scrolls Online is set in Tamriel, some thousand years before the events of Skyrim and around eight hundred years before Morrowind and Oblivion. Molag Bal has enslaved your character and taken their soul, and your mission is to get it back. You’ll travel all over the continent battling against Molag Bal’s forces just to find your soul. However, to do that effectively you’ll need ESO items.

The Right ESO Items for You

There are no weapon or armor restrictions for the four classes your character can be. You can be a sorcerer who uses a bow and wears heavy armor, for example. However, this doesn’t mean you should be a heavy armor wearing, bow-using sorcerer. ESO items, whether dropped or crafted, can have passive effects that may or may not be part of a set.

These sets have different effects. Some may be more beneficial for another class, which means it may not be as effective for your sorcerer. You should choose the equipment your character can use for their class or race’s benefit. If you prefer crafting, there are various runes you can collect and combine for a glyph of your preference. There are even special crafting stations where you can create equipment for a specific set you want.

Where to Get These Items

You could gather these items in many ways. Crafting and looting from bosses or chests are some ways of gathering these items. Otherwise, maybe other players are selling these items in their guild stores or announcing that they are selling items in the chat. For the former, you need to be in the same guild as that player. For the latter, you may need to pay for postage which makes your item a little more expensive than buying it from a guild store.

Happy exploration, and enjoy your ESO items.
