The Silvenar, upon seeing the token, will discuss with you the ongoing issue. It seems the locals of Khenarthi’s Roost do not feel comfortable with the Dominion’s presence at the moment; however, a treaty between the Maormer and the locals allow them to coexist on the island. Neither Harrani, the local headwoman, nor Ulondil, the Maormer ambassador, will show him their copies of the treaty. He will ask that you get one of them to share their copy. Speak with both Ulondil and Harrani. Harrani cannot share the treaty as she believes it would upset the Maormer. Meanwhile, Ulondil, who will respond with your request with hostility, states that the Maormer presence is threatened by the Dominion and the ‘High Elf He will tell you his treaty is located on another island, and suggests you ask Harrani for her copy instead.

Report back to the Silvenar. He will ask that you find Razum-dar again; he can be found in the local tavern. You will find out from Razum-dar that Harrani’s copy was stolen, allegedly by Ulondil as he suspiciously posted a guard outside his private quarters the same day. Go to the Maormer Embassy. On the second floor of the embassy, you will see a guard waiting outside of the private quarters, preventing you from entering the quarters.

In the guard’s quarters nearby, you’ll find an unsent love letter to the object of his affection, Zali, boasting about his prestigious status.
