In one of our previous guides we covered the first skill bar for the Infernal Warden build. In today’s continuation of the guide we will cover the second skill bar. For this one, collectors of Elder Scrolls Online items will need a Master Ice Staff (Infused). Note that this bar is used more to debilitate the enemy.
Self-heals in addition to Elder Scrolls Online Armor
Even though the Infernal Warden is a Dragonknight, its Elder Scrolls Online Armor isn’t all impervious. As such, your character will occasionally get hit and require healing. Instead of wasting precious magicka to heal, the Infernal Warden uses Entropy (Structured Entropy). This ability deals damage to opponents AND restores health to the caster. As an added bonus, simply slotting it will increase your character’s total health.
Another way to recover health while dealing with enemies is Inhale (Draw Essence). Upon use, it will take health from three targets. It will also cause an explosion that deals damage to multiple targets. For each target hit, the caster will get magicka restored.
Debuff enemy Elder Scrolls Online Weapons holders
Aside from healing, this support build helps allies by debuffing enemies. Weakness to Elements (Elemental Drain) is one of the skills in the Infernal Warden’s arsenal. This causes enemies to take more damage from elemental attacks. It also restores the caster’s magicka. Make sure to use this prior to any elemental spell.
Some enemies will flee or attack from range. Bring them in close with Fiery Grip (Extended Chains). The morph is picked to ensure that you can pull enemies from farther away. After that it’s just a matter of unleashing AoE hell.
Temporary Elder Scrolls Online Armor for allies
As a support, critical may not seem important. You’ll only realize how the opposite is true when you need that extra health restored with a spell going critical. This is why the Infernal Warden build has Magelight (Inner Light). Aside from revealing sneaky units trying to take out the support, it improves the Dragonknight’s spell critical chance.
This support type build would not be complete without Barrier (Replenishing Barrier). While your allies are brandishing their Elder Scrolls Online weapons, you can keep them alive with this skill. Upon use, it will place a point damage shield on those near our Dragonknight. Additionally, every time an ally’s bubble bursts, your character gains ultimate and recovers magicka.
