Benefits of lockpicking for ESO gold hunters

A good deal of ESO gold, Elder Scrolls Online items, Elder Scrolls Online armor and Elder Scrolls Online weapons can be found inside chests. Unfortunately, some of these chests are locked. This is where lockpicking comes into play. This mini-game allows characters on an Elder Scrolls Online account to attempt to open a locked container. Successfully picking a lock opens the container and the character can loot the contents.

Opening chests for ESO gold

Lockpicking a chest involves getting all 5 pins of the lock into their unlocked position before time runs out. This is done by tapping each pin with a lockpick until it goes into its unlocked position. This position is signaled by the pin wiggling. Once all pins are in place, the chest unlocks and the player can get their ESO gold, and/or items.
