Our earlier guide covered the skills your collector of Elder Scrolls Online items will need on their primary skill bar. In today’s guide we will go over the abilities you will need on your secondary bar. Note that you will not need Elder Scrolls Online weapons in the conventional sense as you will use a Restoration Staff.

Helping your Elder Scrolls Online armor keep you safe

Conjured Ward (Empowered Ward) is a skill that needs to be on your secondary bar. Not only does it help mitigate more damage, it makes your summons act like power Elder Scrolls Online weapons. Note that it also makes them harder to kill making them last much longer.

Healers will love your Daedric Master if you have Grand Healing (Healing Springs) in your skill bar. This allows your Sorcerer to cast AoE heals. This heals not only you and allies, but your daedric minions as well. The morph also has the added benefit of restoring magicka if you successfully help allies.

Same pets and same Elder Scrolls Online armor

Summoned pets are essential to the Daedric Master. As such, even in their secondary bar, you will need to put in Summon Familiar (Summon Clannfear) as well as Summon Winged Twilight (Summon Restoring Twiligiht). Thanks to the Rebate passive, your Sorcerer will get magicka in case your familiars are killed. Otherwise, you have two sentient Elder Scrolls Online weapons that will attack enemies while you draw fire. The magicka regeneration effects of a Winged Twilight are also welcome to any Sorcerer.

Reducing damage to your Elder Scrolls Online armor

Even though you won’t have any offensive Elder Scrolls Online weapons equipped for the secondary bar, you can still dish out some hurt. With the Lightning Splash (Liquid Lightning) you’ll be able to place down patches of AoE damage. Better, your allies can trigger Conduit to deal even more damage to your enemies. Useful in a pinch.

What you really need in a tight spot however is Negate Magic (Absorption Field). This ultimate will silence or stun enemies giving you and your allies a break from battle. To make things even better, while in the field, you and your allies also recover your resources faster.
